Helpers have full clean driving licences with extra insurance in place to safely transport you to appointments, visits and trips out. This might be visiting friends/relatives, shopping or a GP appointment.

We can run errands on your behalf such as posting letters, collecting groceries, picking up prescriptions or even help with an online order.

With loneliness being a big problem we can benefit those who maybe suffering isolation, anxiety and depression. 

If you simply want to just have a chat and a cuppa or perhaps a board game, or maybe you want to get out on a walk and have a picnic in the park. It is really up to you to decide.

When technology baffles you or you have lots of paperwork, it can be frustrating.

Always ensuring discretion and privacy, we can help with things like online shopping, booking appointments, phone calls, forms, writing letters, technology assistance or paperwork and filing.

Our helpers have undertaken extra training allowing us to ensure medication is being taken on time and correctly.

We can prepare light snacks, meals and drinks in your home for you to have at your convenience. 

We can help with light gardening such as watering, feeding, dead heading, sweeping/raking leaves and general tidying.
